An engineering team in Yehud is seeking an experienced Embedded Linux Engineer to develop low-level software and integrate embedded systems for complex defense applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop Embedded Linux software for complex systems
- Write and maintain boot software, BSPs, and low-level hardware drivers
- Work with hardware components, communication interfaces, and protocols
- Define software architecture and translate system requirements into technical specifications
- Integrate, test, and troubleshoot embedded hardware and software
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and provide technical solutions to complex challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline
- At least 7 years of experience with Embedded Linux
- Strong proficiency in C/C++
- Proven experience developing boot software, BSPs, and low-level hardware drivers
- Experience working with hardware components, communication interfaces, and protocols
- Experience with hardware-software integration and embedded-system testing
- Strong system-level understanding, including software architecture and technical specifications
- Ability to work independently in a complex, multidisciplinary environment

- Kernel-level experience
