A subcontractor is recruiting for an on-site embedded software role at a defense company in Hadera. Security clearance is required as part of the process. The position is full-time, with willingness to travel to northern Israel.
Responsibilities
- Develop software in C++ for real-time embedded systems.
- Work with multidisciplinary systems and distributed software architectures.
- Integrate software across platforms.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of C++ software development experience in real-time embedded environments.
- Experience developing embedded systems using C++11, C++14, or C++17.
- Understanding of object-oriented development, multithreading, and distributed-system software architectures.
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems, ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, and Agile development.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another scientific field is preferred; practical engineers and candidates without a degree may also be considered.
- Security clearance is required as part of the process.
Nice to have
- Experience with VxWorks or Linux.
- Familiarity with Serial, UDP, or TCP interfaces.
- Experience integrating software across multiple platforms.
