Develop, maintain, and enhance complex C#/.NET software and hardware-integrated control systems in an on-site engineering environment. Work with engineering, product, and QA teams from requirements definition through production delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex C#/.NET applications and software systems.
- Build WinForms user interfaces for company control and operations systems.
- Develop and implement communication with hardware components, including serial communication.
- Design software architecture and write efficient, maintainable code.
- Test systems, diagnose issues, resolve bugs, and optimize existing software performance.
- Participate in code reviews and help implement professional development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; a practical engineering diploma is not accepted.
- Three to five years of professional C#/.NET development experience.
- Proven experience developing software-hardware systems, including serial communication using RS-232, RS-485, or Modbus.
- Experience developing WinForms applications.
- Experience using version control systems.
- Strong Hebrew communication and comprehension skills in a professional work environment.
- Good technical English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Experience in industrial environments such as instrumentation, automation, control systems, or medical equipment.
