Lead a team of Solutions Engineers building two-way integrations between enterprise systems and AI workflow agents. Own delivery execution, engineering quality, production health, customer technical engagement, and the development of repeatable implementation processes. The role is based in Tel Aviv
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and grow a Solutions Engineering team of 4–8 engineers
- Expand the team’s charter into DevOps and product-adjacent engineering as it grows
- Allocate capacity across concurrent projects and manage escalations, on-call rotations, one-to-ones, and development plans
- Own engineering estimates, delivery execution, integration quality, and production health
- Create reproducible implementation playbooks and reduce delivery costs over time
- Provide engineering input to project and solutions architecture planning
- Advise customer technical stakeholders and lead architecture planning
- Communicate commitments, dependencies, risks, and timelines to customer stakeholders
- Review technical work, make architecture decisions, and support engineering hiring
- Travel to the company’s US office and global customers
Requirements
- Experience leading an engineering team to predictable delivery
- Ability to turn one-off solutions into repeatable processes
- Strong engineering hiring network and talent assessment skills
- Ability to engage credibly in code reviews and executive customer conversations
- Knowledge of resilient, large-scale two-way enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of REST and GraphQL protocols, API security, authentication, polling, webhooks, pagination, queues, retries, idempotency, race conditions, rate limits, and quotas
- Experience with cloud deployments, CI/CD, observability, and on-call operations
Nice to have
- Experience with on-premises environments
- Experience with AI, LLM, or knowledge-pipeline engineering
- Experience building products and processes under data-protection regulation
