Responsibilities
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for customer on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid deployments
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code, managing access, configuration, patching, and costs across customer environments
- Monitor production deployments, participate in on-call and incident response, and investigate issues through root cause
- Automate deployment processes while supporting security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act
- Manage vulnerabilities by triaging scan and posture findings, prioritizing risk, and coordinating remediation with engineering and IT
- Work with backend engineers on release processes and environment provisioning
- Use AI and LLM tools to automate routine operations, accelerate troubleshooting, and reduce infrastructure toil
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
- Production experience with container orchestration
- Experience writing infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, and building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience supporting production systems used by external customers
- Experience with vulnerability management and cloud security hardening
- Comfort reading and writing English for day-to-day work
