An enterprise infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to build, operate, automate and develop modern computing infrastructure across data centers, hybrid cloud, Kubernetes and AI environments. The role is based in Holon and involves close collaboration with information security
Responsibilities
- Build, operate and maintain Linux and Windows servers
- Manage physical, virtualized and cloud compute environments
- Work with storage systems and data center infrastructure
- Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and container platforms
- Integrate Kubernetes with storage, networking, security and monitoring
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible and similar tools
- Build infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and automate provisioning, configuration and lifecycle management
- Apply Git-based workflows and GitOps practices
- Integrate on-premises infrastructure with AWS, Azure or GCP cloud environments
- Contribute to cloud landing zones, architectures, standards, guardrails, governance and identity models
- Support Cloud Center of Excellence capabilities and enterprise cloud best practices
- Contribute to FinOps processes including cost visibility, allocation, tagging, budgeting, rightsizing and resource optimization
- Build and support infrastructure for AI workloads, including GPU servers, GPU Kubernetes clusters, model serving, inference environments, storage and networking
- Collaborate with security, development and IT operations teams
Requirements
- Significant experience with Linux systems administration
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including cluster operation and maintenance
- Experience with Docker and container-based infrastructure
- Experience with Ansible
- Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, PowerShell or Bash
- Experience with at least one of AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience working with complex networking infrastructure
- Experience with storage, SAN and backup systems
- Experience with monitoring or observability
- Experience with VMware or Nutanix is advantageous
- Experience with Windows Server is a significant advantage
