Join the infrastructure team of a leading healthcare organization and manage critical IT systems supporting medical and operational continuity in a 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, upgrade, and develop organizational computing infrastructure.
- Manage critical IT systems supporting medical and operational activities.
- Administer Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, storage, backup, cloud, and related infrastructure environments.
- Resolve complex incidents and perform controlled infrastructure changes.
- Monitor system performance and availability.
- Develop scripts and automation.
- Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate with networking, cybersecurity, applications, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Support operational continuity in a 24/7 critical environment.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of practical experience in an enterprise organization with hundreds of servers and thousands of users.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Windows Server 2019/2022 or later.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise VMware environments.
- Hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and supporting Citrix environments.
- Experience writing scripts and automations with PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS environments.
- Knowledge of virtual machines, storage, networking, IAM, Entra ID, VPC, VNet, security groups, VPN, and monitoring services.
- High-level technical English.
- Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and complete tasks end to end.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and handle complex operational incidents.
- Strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to drive processes and independently lead projects.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, or PDQ distribution systems.
- Experience in a healthcare, public-sector, or high-availability organization.
- Experience with Dell physical servers and storage systems.
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, multipathing, and storage architectures.
- Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery systems.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, AWS, or Azure.
