Join a small cybersecurity product team and own production cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, reliability, and infrastructure security across a multi-region environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the cloud infrastructure end to end.
- Operate a multi-region GCP environment with responsibility for scalability, availability, reliability, cost, and observability.
- Own the pipelines used to deploy microservices.
- Partner with developers on CI/CD and the daily development experience.
- Own infrastructure aspects of the security posture, including identity and secrets management, penetration-test remediation, and compliance.
- Investigate and solve problems across unfamiliar technical domains in a small team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE experience managing a production environment with real customers.
- Deep production experience with Kubernetes, preferably GKE, and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, including Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, and Cloud SQL.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps-based CI/CD using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Experience with observability and monitoring, including metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerting.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Bash, Go, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud security and compliance, including least privilege, WAF, secrets management, penetration-test remediation, and audits.

- Experience working in a small, fast-moving engineering team.
- Comfort using AI coding and agentic tools in daily work.
- Confidence investigating unfamiliar technical domains independently.
