Join a cybersecurity company building a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform for secure enterprise AI adoption. Own infrastructure, reliability, deployment automation, and AI-enabled DevOps practices across multi-region production environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure across multi-region production environments.
- Lead the GitOps deployment model and maintain declarative, automated deployment workflows.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability, speed, security, and developer experience.
- Develop AI agents, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows for engineering operations.
- Create automation for provisioning, scaling, observability, and incident response.
- Operate and improve metrics, logs, alerting, dashboards, SLOs, SLIs, and on-call tooling.
- Implement zero-trust secrets management and credential-less authentication across the technology stack.
- Partner with architects and engineering leaders on cloud cost optimization, availability, and performance.
- Build internal tooling that improves engineering velocity across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in a SaaS product environment.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI to engineering operations, including AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered automation, or MCP integrations.
- Strong Python and Bash scripting and programming skills.
- Deep hands-on AWS expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, networking, service mesh, Helm or Kustomize, and autoscaling.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Crossplane, or comparable declarative tooling.
- Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD or an equivalent platform.
- Experience building reusable, scalable, and security-hardened CI/CD pipeline templates with GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of secrets management, dynamic credential injection, IRSA or Workload Identity, and credential-less authentication patterns.
- Experience embedding vulnerability scanning, SBOM generation, and software supply-chain security into CI/CD.
- Solid observability knowledge, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK or OpenSearch, and distributed tracing.
- Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost management.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Go programming experience.
- Multi-cloud experience with GCP or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads or LLMOps infrastructure.
- Experience with KEDA, HPA, VPA, Istio, or comparable cloud-native tooling.
