Join a growing mobile gaming company in Tel Aviv and own the cloud platform, production infrastructure, reliability, and delivery systems supporting games and data at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve a multi-cloud platform using AWS primarily, with GCP and Azure.
- Lead architecture for resilience, scalability, cost efficiency, capacity planning, and FinOps.
- Develop and own complex CI/CD processes, gradual rollouts, and ephemeral environments.
- Standardize GitOps workflows and infrastructure as code across engineering teams.
- Operate Kubernetes in production and automate deployments, migrations, and failovers.
- Build and maintain metrics, logging, tracing, incident response, and postmortem practices.
- Improve network architecture and develop supporting automation and tooling.
- Partner with backend and data teams on Kafka, Airflow, and complex migration workloads.
- Evaluate and adopt AI tools that improve engineering speed and quality.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, or equivalent experience owning production systems at scale.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps, including ArgoCD.
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD systems, including canary and blue-green deployments, rollbacks, and artifact or version strategies.
- Practical knowledge of observability, reliability engineering, security baselines, and cloud cost optimization.
- Clear communication, strong ownership, and an automation-focused approach.
Nice to have
- Production-quality programming experience with Python, .NET, Go, or a similar language.
