Responsibilities
- Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize cloud infrastructure hardware and software in a cleared environment
- Provide escalated technical support for complex production issues
- Lead problem management cases and communicate status to management
- Coordinate escalated support cases with internal technical teams and third-party vendors through resolution
- Administer production environments and support operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching
- Contribute to hardware and software standardization projects
- Provide rotating on-call support
Requirements
- Israeli nationality
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required security clearance for public-sector projects
- Technical security background or certifications
- Experience troubleshooting and remediating security findings while managing related security processes
- Experience with Linux system administration, networking, storage, compute, and virtualization
- Experience participating in or leading incident bridges
- Customer-focused approach
Nice to have
- Cloud technical support, operations, NOC, or similar experience
- Ability to quickly learn new technical disciplines and train others
