Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and maintain AWS and Salesforce environments
- Configure systems according to business and technical requirements
- Monitor servers, services, and operational processes
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Handle day-to-day operational issues
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, architecture, information security, and other technology teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of DevOps experience
- Practical experience with AWS services
- Experience establishing, managing, and maintaining technology environments
- Experience configuring and adapting systems to business and technical needs
- Experience investigating incidents and resolving problems in complex environments
- Experience monitoring servers, services, and processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Understanding of interfaces, integrations, and systems architecture
- Experience working with development, infrastructure, and other technology teams
- Willingness to perform hands-on technical work
Nice to have
- Hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience
- Cloud security and permissions knowledge
- Scripting and operational automation experience
- Experience with monitoring and log-management tools
- Familiarity with financial and credit systems
- Knowledge of Java or Java-based application environments
