A security organization is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to manage and develop a team while contributing hands-on to DevOps engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a DevOps team.
- Contribute hands-on to DevOps engineering activities.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD processes.
- Automate infrastructure and operational workflows.
- Support containerized workloads and infrastructure environments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a DevOps team of five or more employees.
- Experience developing CI/CD processes using GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Git, Bash or Python scripting, Linux and Windows environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ansible or Terraform.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps.
- Experience with AWS and private cloud environments.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
