Responsibilities

Manage and lead a DevOps team while contributing hands-on technical work.
Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices across multiple projects.
Design and maintain efficient processes across the software development lifecycle.
Identify and implement workflow improvements using modern tools and technologies.
Support development and integration teams during releases to development and customer environments.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a DevOps team of five or more people.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Experience with Git-based configuration management.
Bash or Python scripting experience.
Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Nice to have

Experience with OpenShift.
Experience with Ansible or Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
Experience with AWS and private cloud environments.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
