A DevOps Engineer is sought for a medical-sector technology team. The role focuses on deployment and delivery lifecycle ownership, release reliability, infrastructure automation, observability, and stable, secure environments across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the deployment and delivery lifecycle across multiple projects.
- Help ensure reliable, consistent, and efficient software release processes.
- Develop and maintain internal tools that automate software delivery and improve observability.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on automation solutions.
- Optimize resource provisioning and maintain stable, secure environments throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify and resolve operational problems through automation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Significant experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Practical experience with containers and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and modern architecture methodologies.
- Proven experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Nutanix.
- Daily practical use of infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Advanced scripting skills using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across organizational teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, or Splunk.
