DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Intern
Join a security engineering team to help operate cloud infrastructure and services that protect applications and APIs. This hybrid internship offers mentorship and practical experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Help deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and microservices across public and distributed cloud environments
- Implement and tune monitoring, telemetry dashboards, logging, and alerting
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and releases
- Develop scripts and tools to reduce operational toil and improve developer efficiency
- Work with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and validate workloads in production and staging
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; third- or fourth-year student
- Available approximately 20 hours per week, up to 100 hours per month, for a total of 1,040 internship hours
- Effective English communication
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, Go, or Bash
- Understanding of Linux and command-line utilities
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD fundamentals
- Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and container technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Snowflake, or similar data platforms
- System administration or support experience, or equivalent hands-on lab experience
