Lead a DevOps team while remaining hands-on with infrastructure architecture and operations. Own cloud and data warehouse environments, evolve software delivery practices, and align infrastructure decisions with security, cost efficiency, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a DevOps team while contributing to technical execution, architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Evolve the software development lifecycle using AI-driven methods and agentic AI tools to automate delivery, improve code quality, and accelerate releases.
- Own and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and the Snowflake data warehouse environment.
- Manage the cloud infrastructure budget, monitor costs, oversee SaaS and AI tooling vendors, and align resource use with business value.
- Enforce security standards and data privacy practices across infrastructure and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead position.
- Expertise with AWS services and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Snowflake environments.
- Ability to make infrastructure decisions based on commercial impact, cost efficiency, and user growth.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code, including Terraform or Pulumi; CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes; and integrating AI/ML models into production.
- Ability to explain infrastructure decisions and budget rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
