Deliver Ericsson cloud infrastructure solutions for telecom cloud and network environments, covering deployment, integration, validation, upgrades, migrations, and operational handover.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, upgrade, migrate, and expand cloud infrastructure according to approved designs
- Analyze requirements and design documents for estimation, planning, and delivery
- Integrate core network VNFs and CNFs with OSS/BSS and orchestration components
- Troubleshoot technical issues during deployment and integration
- Conduct testing and acceptance activities and maintain delivery artifacts
- Act as the technical interface with customers during delivery and acceptance
- Create and maintain low-level designs, test procedures, and other technical documentation
- Coordinate product issues with product development teams
- Improve integration methodologies, tools, automation, workflows, and operational handover practices
- Share technical expertise and lessons learned with engineers and cross-functional teams
- Follow organizational, legal, financial, occupational health and safety, information security, privacy, and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure integration
- Hands-on experience with installation, upgrades, migrations, expansions, validation, testing, and operations transition
- Knowledge of distributed cloud, virtualization, container orchestration, software-defined networking and storage, and automation
- Strong IP networking knowledge, including L2/L3, VLAN/VXLAN, routing, VRRP, Anycast gateways, ACLs, QoS, data center fabrics, and Kubernetes networking
- Linux administration and troubleshooting across Ubuntu, RHEL, SUSE, or CentOS
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Experience with CNFs, VNFs, and telecommunications network architectures
- Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, including workshops, troubleshooting activities, and occasional overnight tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with Ericsson NFVI, CNIS, or comparable OpenStack and Kubernetes telco cloud platforms
- Customer-facing or service delivery project experience
- Knowledge of SDI, SDS, Ceph, and HP or Dell hardware ecosystems
