As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design and implement scalable storage solutions for AI/ML workloads, resolve complex performance issues, and provide technical direction in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-ready storage features for AI/ML workloads.
- Architect scalable and performant storage solutions, optimizing system efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues, developing innovative solutions at the intersection of storage and machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-complexity features and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years developing performance-oriented storage solutions and datapath modules.
- Experience testing, launching, and designing software systems.
Nice to have
- Extensive experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Technical leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
- Cross-functional project experience.
