Requirements

At least 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience
Proven experience leading SAP development teams
Strong hands-on development capabilities
Experience with ABAP OO, User Exits, BADI, RFC, IDOC, ODATA, and Gateway
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to mentor and professionally lead development teams

Nice to have

Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, or CPI/PI
Knowledge of SAP BTP
