Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing and enhancing data movement infrastructure. Write and test code in Go, Java, or Python, lead design reviews, and debug complex distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code in Go, Java, or Python.
- Participate in or lead design reviews to select technologies.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content.
- Triage and debug product or system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience in software system architecture.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
