Join a global team of consulting engineers, working with customers across industries to design, deploy, and optimize database-driven applications. Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv with travel and collaboration with product teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to customer implementations across all phases of the application lifecycle: assessment, planning, design, deployment, integration, testing, and optimization.
- Deliver classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles.
- Work within a delivery team of consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients and influencing MongoDB product roadmap.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide field feedback.
- Maintain billable utilization and communicate product roadmap to clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development, consulting, or support experience.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in a customer-facing setting.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, Scala, or Go.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and deployment.
- Competence in Linux diagnostics and tuning (Windows tuning a plus).
- Ability to travel frequently for short trips to customer sites.
- Strong capability in English and local language (Hebrew).
