Design, build, and ship high-quality production software for a cloud-based CRM platform. Work on distributed systems, microservices, and integrate AI into development workflows. Collaborate in a hybrid environment. Require 5+ years of experience with object-oriented languages (Java, Python), strong SQL skills, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality production software using modern engineering practices and AI tools
- Design and orchestrate distributed systems at scale with AI agent integration
- Contribute to maintaining shared system context for AI reliability and security
- Evaluate code for quality, security, and performance
- Develop new features and components for a multi-tenant SaaS cloud platform
- Participate in all phases of SDLC including design, code reviews, and testing
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, C++)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/non-relational databases
- Experience developing SaaS products on public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience designing distributed systems at scale
- Proficiency in event-driven architecture, queues, and workload distribution
- Genuine AI-first approach to engineering, using AI tools to move faster
- Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills for reliable AI outputs
- Understanding of software development best practices and leadership skills
- Degree or equivalent experience required
Nice to have
- Technical expertise in Generative AI, RAG systems, and agentic workflows
- Experience with Big Data/ML and S3
- Hands-on experience with streaming technologies like Kafka
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience in a fast-paced multinational organization
