A software company operating a cloud-based SaaS messaging platform is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer to join its product development team in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Join the product development team.
- Develop new application modules and improve existing platform modules.
- Build backend services and applications with C# and .NET.
- Design and implement RESTful interfaces.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures and queries.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years with .NET and C#.
- Proven backend development experience.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including stored procedures and complex queries.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with JSON and XML.
- Experience with ASP.NET and Web API.
- Experience with IIS and server administration in a Windows Server environment.
- Experience with AI-related tools or workflows, including Claude Code.
- Familiarity with software development tools and processes, including Jira and SVN or Git.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and support intensive work periods, including occasional non-standard hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with MySQL.
- Experience developing in cloud environments.
