Join an on-site cybersecurity startup in Tel Aviv developing autonomous AI technology for offensive security and exposure validation. Own backend-heavy product development from architecture through production.
Responsibilities
- Develop core backend services, distributed orchestration pipelines, and autonomous reasoning agents primarily in Python.
- Own product development end to end, from concept and architecture through production.
- Collaborate with security researchers and AI engineers to translate offensive tactics into scalable software components.
- Build low-latency execution engines for autonomous reconnaissance, dynamic payload delivery, and complex network traversal.
- Contribute to system architecture, data workflows, internal tooling, and customer deployment capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer or backend-oriented Full-Stack Engineer.
- Strong production-grade Python programming skills.
- Recent, substantial software development experience in cybersecurity, such as offensive security, security tooling, vulnerability management, or network security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or alumni status from an elite technological intelligence or cyber unit.
Nice to have
- Practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents, or autonomous multi-agent architectures.
- Background in offensive security, penetration testing, or CTF competitions.
