Lead a software verification team focused on SONiC Network OS at a leading computer hardware manufacturer. Drive automated testing, regression analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires strong Python skills, CI/CD experience, and Linux expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the SONiC software verification team, setting technical direction and priorities.
- Design and implement robust automated test suites for SONiC OS.
- Lead regression analysis for SONiC NOS using automated tests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, architecture, and platform teams.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and roadmapping.
- Experience developing software automated tests.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Nice to have
- Deep Linux expertise: system internals, networking stack, process management, and scripting.
- Expertise in routing protocols.
- Experience with AI tools (Agents, Skills).
