Develop Java microservices and REST APIs that integrate core banking systems, internal services, and third-party and cloud solutions. Contribute to architecture planning, modernization, and enterprise middleware, and maintain Genesys systems as they transition from on-premises to cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop Java microservices and REST APIs for integration with banking core systems, internal services, and third-party and cloud solutions.
- Participate in planning architectural solutions, modernization processes, and enterprise middleware.
- Develop and maintain systems in Genesys environments, currently on-premises and with a planned transition to cloud solutions.
- Work in a dynamic, high-scale environment.
Requirements
- At least three years of Java development experience.
- At least three years of experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
- Practical experience integrating complex enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with SQL databases or Oracle.
- Experience using Git.
Nice to have
- Experience with Genesys Engage or cloud contact center platforms (CCaaS).
- Experience developing IVR or CTI systems.
- Familiarity with contact center platforms such as NICE, Cisco, or Avaya.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
- Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with banking systems or large enterprise organizations.
