Join a leading defense and space manufacturing company to develop next-generation hybrid systems for satellite projects. This role involves integrating airborne satellite hardware with space environment simulation software, writing and maintaining real-time simulations, and supporting experiments.
Responsibilities
- Develop a new generation of hybrid systems for satellite and space projects
- Write, maintain, integrate, and test simulations in C, C++, Python, and Matlab
- Create and maintain a real-time simulation wrapper in a Linux RT environment
- Support experiments, including user training and fault identification at the infrastructure and satellite levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or exact sciences
- At least 5 years of experience in real-time or real-time embedded development
- Experience with operating systems including Linux, Embedded Linux, or FreeRTOS
- Experience working with Makefile
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware interfaces and communications such as UART, Ethernet, SPI
- Experience with military equipment and hardware
- Experience with digital and analog circuits including ADC and DAC
