A cybersecurity company is seeking a C++ Server Side Developer to join its Infrastructure team. The role involves designing and implementing core back-end modules in C++ for large distributed systems, developing client-server data transfer and network protocols, and integrating with security tools such as SIEM and threat intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core back-end modules in C++ for large distributed systems
- Develop client-server data transfer and network protocols
- Integrate with various security tools, including SIEM and threat intelligence tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in C++ object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Experience in I/O intensive environments, such as storage systems
- Performance-oriented coding capabilities
- Familiarity with multi-threaded and multi-process development
- Experience designing and developing applications in a Linux environment
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
Nice to have
- Understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP, SSL sockets)
- Familiarity with security threat enrichment tools
- Familiarity with the Qt framework
