Join an automotive technology company building telematics and predictive analytics products. Own the machine learning lifecycle, from model development through production deployment and ongoing operations. The role is based in Herzliya and follows a hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per 5+
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model large volumes of real-time vehicle telemetry data
- Design, train, and optimize deep learning architectures, and turn prototypes into scalable production services
- Own production models, including monitoring, automated retraining, drift detection, and live debugging
- Build and deploy production LLM and agentic AI applications, including evaluation frameworks and guardrails
- Optimize AI application latency and cost
- Collaborate with data engineers, backend architects, and automotive product experts
Requirements
- At least five years of industry experience as a machine learning engineer or data scientist
- Experience taking machine learning or deep learning models into production and owning monitoring, drift mitigation, retraining, and debugging
- Strong Python skills and experience building tested production modules or owning microservices within CI/CD workflows
- Hands-on experience developing custom PyTorch architectures and deploying them to production
- Experience with big data platforms and distributed data infrastructure
- Direct ownership of production engineering workflows or MLOps pipelines
Nice to have
- Production experience deploying LLMs or agentic AI applications, including evaluation, guardrails, and latency or cost optimization
- Experience with noisy, unstructured, or weakly labeled data, or time-series telemetry
