Remote, project-based contract role assessing AI models on software engineering challenges in Dutch. Work independently and provide clear, reproducible evaluations. Contractors supply their own secure computer and reliable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, code quality, and software engineering best practices.
- Assess model performance across algorithms, data structures, architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Test models using realistic coding challenges and technical scenarios in Dutch.
- Review the fluency, naturalness, and accuracy of Dutch used in technical exchanges.
- Identify and document model errors and reproducible failure modes.
- Provide structured feedback and suggestions to improve model reasoning, coding performance, prompts, and evaluation methods.
- Explain the reasoning behind assessments and model the analysis of generated solutions.
Requirements
- Professional coding or software engineering expertise across areas such as algorithms, data structures, architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming.
- Fluent Dutch, including the ability to discuss complex technical topics naturally and accurately.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and the ability to critically assess code and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with topics such as asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, object-oriented programming, secure coding, or distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical reasoning clearly.
- Able to document findings in a structured, reproducible way and work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
- Must provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet.
Nice to have
- Strong technical writing skills in Dutch.
- Real-world software development experience or open-source contributions.
