Lead the design and implementation of AI-native architectures, including agentic workflows and advanced RAG systems. Drive full lifecycle development from prompting to cloud deployment, integrating LLMs into high-scale systems with a focus on production AI, monitoring, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic workflows and advanced RAG systems.
- Lead full lifecycle development from prompting and chaining to cloud deployment.
- Integrate LLMs into high-scale core and operational systems.
- Address production AI challenges: monitoring, evaluation, latency optimization, and cost management.
- Make critical decisions on the AI stack and drive processes within the leading development team.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience building complex LLM-based AI systems using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or local models.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with a focus on Python and/or Node.js.
- Proficiency in Django, React, or WebSockets is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from requirements to full implementation.
