Build production AI systems that turn meeting conversations into context, actions, and agentic workflows. Work across multimodal AI, real-time experiences, and full-stack applications, from research and architecture through production and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that transform meetings into context, embeddings, retrieval, actions, and agentic execution.
- Develop real-time AI experiences and agentic workflows using LLMs, audio, video, and multimodal models.
- Evaluate emerging models and technologies and bring suitable capabilities into production.
- Own complex problems from research and architecture through production, customer feedback, and iteration.
- Improve the context, tools, guardrails, and evaluations that enable agents to take on more of the engineering lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building complex production systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, multimodal models, audio, or video.
- Experience building with AI agents and increasing their autonomy across the software development lifecycle.
- Strong system design skills and experience building scalable backend and frontend applications.
- Strong ownership, product intuition, execution, communication, and collaboration skills.
