Join a team in Caesarea to turn business challenges into practical AI-powered tools and workflows. This full-time hybrid role focuses on hands-on building, experimentation, and improving reporting and operations.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and automated business workflows
- Develop internal AI-powered tools and applications
- Connect business platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Analyze business data and create automated reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Use AI to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies and develop prototypes into working solutions
- Experiment with LLMs, agentic AI, open-source models, and AI-assisted development tools
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered projects, automations, integrations, or applications
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation tools
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and an analytical approach
- Interest in AI, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and solve problems
- A CV, LinkedIn profile, and one or two examples of projects you have built
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Lovable
- Experience with AI agents, open-source LLMs, BI platforms, databases, or data visualization
- Exposure to AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital advertising
