Build and own software for an AI-powered platform that autonomously plans and executes enterprise infrastructure migrations to the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own major components of an agentic AI platform for discovering, planning, and executing data center migrations.
- Develop multi-agent capabilities using foundation models, reasoning, and tool-use patterns to address migration challenges.
- Build AI-powered network transformation features that analyze, replicate, and optimize enterprise network topologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product partners, contribute to design reviews, and maintain coherent agent-framework architecture.
- Improve agent orchestration, autonomy, and accuracy for server, storage, network, and application migrations through iterative development, testing, and measurement.
- Improve engineering quality through code reviews, operational practices, and AI-native development methods.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns, and contribute to experimentation and high-velocity releases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.
- At least 5 years of programming experience in one or more languages.
- At least 5 years of experience leading system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of machine learning and large language model fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization.
