Join an IT team to introduce practical AI tools across the organization, support its ERP system, and build automations and system integrations. Work under the IT Director’s guidance in a hands-on role designed for an early-career technology professional.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement AI tools, including LLMs, generative AI, and intelligent automation, to address operational needs
- Support and configure the Priority ERP system, including reporting and process improvements
- Build integrations and automation workflows across systems using APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
- Provide basic employee training on AI tools and prompt engineering
- Collaborate with the IT Director and support additional departmental projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent significant technological experience
- Up to approximately two years of experience in technology, IT, or information systems
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
- Familiarity with prompt engineering principles
- Ability to learn new technologies independently and quickly
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Good level of English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and business processes, IT infrastructure, or information security
- Experience with ERP, CRM, BI, or other cross-functional business applications
- Experience using Make, Zapier, or other low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Relevant IT certifications, such as MCSA, CCNA, Microsoft, or Cisco
- Experience delivering training or knowledge-sharing sessions
