Work directly with stakeholders to rapidly build and deploy automation and AI solutions. Full-stack engineering role involving data pipelines, backend, and frontend development using Python, React, Databricks, and Snowflake. Solve problems across diverse business functions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid, impactful solutions by stepping into different problem spaces and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Engineer full-stack solutions including data pipelines, backend, and frontend using Python, React, and AI tools.
- Leverage AI platforms like Databricks Genie and Snowflake Cortex to design and deploy production solutions.
- Translate business pain points into automated workflows, reducing task time from weeks to minutes.
- Maintain excellent engineering standards while using AI to accelerate delivery.
- Communicate empathetically with non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates.
- Stay aligned with the engineering roadmap by contributing to standards and leveraging existing tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data pipelining (ETL).
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Genie Code, Cortex Code, or similar.
- Full-stack engineering capability, including backend and frontend development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal context.
Nice to have
- Experience with Streamlit, React, or dashboard development.
- Exposure to customer-facing or stakeholder-facing roles.
- Passion for music and the entertainment industry.
