Join a leading fintech company as an Applied AI Scientist. Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents that automate high-value workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Risk, and Finance. Own the end-to-end agent stack, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for lead qualification, churn reduction, and ticket deflection.
- Own end-to-end agent architecture: tool use, memory, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop, guardrails, and audit trails.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking.
- Define agent evaluation frameworks measuring task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical features and deliver measurable ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on AI.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, ideally in fintech, with a track record of deploying AI agents in production.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including systematic evaluation of enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for deployment and AI-Ops practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
- Project management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver timely results.
