Bridge technical evaluation and post-sales execution for AI accounts. Shape solutions for adoption and viable delivery, and architect integrations with customer IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Assess project feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, and validate forward-deployed engineering engagement requests with account and customer engineering teams.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Troubleshoot deployment blockers with product and engineering teams and turn field feedback into actionable feature requests.
- Guide implementation strategy and technical delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and working with product or engineering teams.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
Nice to have
- Experience working with product and engineering teams on infrastructure or AI/ML deployments.
- Experience managing technical delivery strategies and debugging systems.
