Lead AI strategy and hands-on delivery, from enterprise platform architecture through production deployment. Provide technical direction to developers and help shape responsible, scalable AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and generative AI strategy and execution.
- Design and build an end-to-end enterprise AI platform covering architecture, security, monitoring, governance, and workflows.
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI and generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, agents, RAG solutions, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows.
- Provide architectural guidance to developers and establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years developing and deploying AI and generative AI solutions in production.
- Experience designing enterprise AI platforms, including architecture, security, monitoring, governance, and operational workflows.
- Experience leading a team or providing technical leadership to developers.
- Strong Python skills and significant backend development experience.
- Practical experience with LLMs and platforms such as Azure OpenAI or OpenAI.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks, vector databases, and cloud environments.
- Strong technical leadership, systems thinking, and a self-directed approach to learning and innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI.
- Background in MLOps or data engineering.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
