A defense company in Haifa seeks an engineer to build generative AI solutions and enterprise AI infrastructure. This full-time role is a maternity leave replacement for at least six months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop and maintain enterprise AI platforms and infrastructure.
- Build AI agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and agent orchestration.
- Build Python solutions for Azure and on-premises environments.
- Lead projects from requirements gathering and development through production deployment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
- Explore and integrate emerging generative AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience developing production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Strong Python skills and experience with Linux.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and familiarity with on-premises environments.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, MCP, and agent orchestration.
- Technical leadership experience, including planning, milestones, and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
