Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions, including LLM-based applications and RAG integrations
- Build prompts and integrate with LLM APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and tested Python code
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
- Run experiments and evaluate model performance
- Iterate on solutions based on results and user feedback
- Support AI models and applications in production
- Stay updated with new AI tools and development methods
Requirements
- 2-3 years of software development experience, including practical AI projects
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience building scalable AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Basic understanding of machine learning, NLP, and deep learning concepts
- Familiarity with Git and software development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG systems
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Experience with vector databases
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments or CI/CD
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases)
