AI Automation Engineer
Design, deploy, and maintain AI-powered business process automations and system integrations. Partner with business teams to identify opportunities, support adoption, and measure outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in Ashkelon.
Responsibilities
- Work with business departments to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Select and design AI and automation solutions using tools such as n8n, Workato, and Google Cloud.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain robust integrations and automated workflows.
- Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot failures, address data quality issues, and implement error handling and alerts.
- Help business users test and adopt automation solutions, providing training and support.
- Define KPIs, track outcomes, and assess value such as time saved, costs reduced, and errors eliminated.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven business process automations in production and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience with AI automation tools and workflow or agent builders such as n8n or Workato.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data workflows across SaaS applications such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data, AI, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
