Join an AI Center of Excellence to build production-grade AI applications and infrastructure integrated with financial systems. The role is hands-on and hybrid in Lod.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production AI and generative AI systems using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Build and maintain data, model, and inference pipelines, including embedding systems and RAG architectures.
- Design auto-scaling cloud-native architectures for AI applications and internal developer platforms.
- Implement governance, compliance, and security controls for regulated financial environments.
- Improve developer tooling, observability, and AI software development practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional backend development experience in production environments.
- At least 5 years of expertise in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- At least 3 years building cloud-native systems with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS services, CI/CD, observability, and streaming or queue technologies.
- At least 4 years designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and high-load distributed backends.
Nice to have
- Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs and OAuth 2.0, JWT, or OIDC.
- Experience with complex LLM solutions, AI monitoring and evaluation, MCP, or A2A protocols.
