AI Automation Engineer

Implement and optimize AI solutions, automated workflows, system integrations, and business dashboards across finance and other operational functions. This is a remote role based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Research and recommend AI technologies and automation solutions
- Deploy and optimize AI models, automation tools, and integrated workflows
- Integrate finance, accounting, POS, and workforce platforms using automation and integration tools
- Develop and maintain AI-powered dashboards for financial, labor, and operational insights
- Improve financial data flows, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems and automated workflows
- Collaborate with business teams to embed AI into daily processes
- Align implementations with applicable standards, ethical principles, security considerations, and organizational goals
- Provide technical support, user training, and documentation
- Track AI and automation developments and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, automation platforms, data processing, or systems integration
- Understanding of AI models, automation workflows, APIs, data flows, and business technology systems
- Experience implementing or integrating business applications
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, Power BI, or Looker Studio, or comparable platforms
- Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy, scalability, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize systems
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
