Lead product design strategy and UX practice across multidisciplinary teams. Shape user-centered experiences from concept to execution while influencing cross-product direction and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Set product design strategy and UX practice standards
- Advocate design direction with cross-product partners and executive leadership
- Coordinate UX designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, and other design disciplines
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management leads
- Frame product and experience opportunities with executives and domain experts
- Develop representative designs and narratives to guide future product directions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 10 years of experience in product design or UX
- Portfolio, website, or other relevant work link included with the resume
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in product design or UX
- Experience partnering with user experience research teams
- Experience with identity, authentication, safety, and first-party and third-party products
