Responsibilities

Own UX from problem definition through research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped experiences
Partner with product, data, and business teams to identify opportunities and define solutions
Connect design decisions to product KPIs; use data to evaluate and improve experiences
Challenge assumptions and priorities when research or data suggests a different direction
Design and iterate on A/B test variants
Own key product areas and maintain consistency across the user journey
Collaborate with the UI designer to evolve and maintain the design system
Use AI tools in daily workflows and explore ways to improve product experiences
Help develop UX practices and standards as the design function grows

Requirements

At least 6 years of product UX or product design experience
Strong experience designing B2C mobile products with large-scale user funnels
Track record owning complex product areas from problem definition through launch and iteration
Strong understanding of product metrics and how UX decisions affect measurable business outcomes
Experience collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams
Strong product thinking and ability to help define the problem to solve
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products and measurable impact
Practical experience using AI tools in design workflows
