An apparel company is seeking a designer to lead the end-to-end design and development of checkout-line accessories, from research and concept creation through supplier coordination and pricing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor global trends and identify new products and design directions in accessories.
- Design products and lead their technical development.
- Coordinate with suppliers and handle pricing considerations.
- Prepare accurate, detailed product files.
- Lead work independently and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion or textile design is required.
- Proven experience designing and developing products or accessories, including supplier coordination and pricing analysis.
- Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
- Strong visual judgment and commercial, technical, and operational understanding.
- Able to work independently, lead projects end to end, pay close attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
