Responsibilities
- Design and evolve visual UI languages and scalable solutions across products.
- Create and refine UI components, patterns, layouts, and product experiences for broader design systems.
- Design experiences spanning complex product interfaces, motion, interactions, loaders, illustration systems, and AI experiences.
- Translate product needs, brand principles, and visual foundations into clear, scalable product experiences.
- Find meaningful ways to connect brand identity with product experiences.
- Bring clarity, consistency, and a strong visual perspective to cross-product design challenges.
- Collaborate throughout the design process with product, UX, development, design systems, brand, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product design, UI design, or a similar digital product design role.
- Experience in a high-tech company, startup, or design agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, attention to detail, and polished digital interface design.
- Strong knowledge of design systems, UI patterns, components, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and interaction design.
- Systems-thinking skills and ability to consider how design decisions affect broader products and visual ecosystems.
- High proficiency in Figma, including complex design systems and component libraries.
- Confidence using AI tools in the design process.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, flexibility, and comfort working through ambiguous challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
- Experience with motion, interaction design, or illustration systems.
