Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to define, design, and deliver products
- Design interactions for new features across multiple platforms
- Create user journeys and product flows
- Research user needs, motivations, and pain points
- Develop wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes
- Own the full design cycle through pixel-perfect UI and developer handoff
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams across locations
- Work with global stakeholders to improve product experiences
- Track design and industry trends
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UX and UI design experience in product teams
- Experience with Figma
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Understanding of the product lifecycle from research through usability testing
- Fluent English
- Ability to collaborate and brainstorm effectively
